Windows 10: Red faced webcam - Surface Book 3

I'm using a top spec Surface Book 3. As of January 2021

Internal Front facing camera on all apps I work on Zoom mostly shows my face as particularly red. I am not that red and all other Zoom participants are not shown as red. So I have concluded after testing on other apps as well as the "Camera" app that it is indeed the camera miss-autocorrecting my skin colour Maybe over saturating or adding hue to colours.
It is quite extreme as it makes me look like I've been drinking a little too much or am very angry or struggling to breathe...

I have already tried better lighting, updated drivers, gone into system settings and all app settings. I think the answer is either a system setting that is very hidden or a third party settings app that affects all apps using the camera.

I'm a little disappointed that one of the most expensive computers out there has such a poor camera software. The detail is insane on the quality, but the reddish hue it gives the skin is beyond stupid, no developer looked at that and thought it was good


If anyone has an answer to how I can stop the camera over correcting, that would be great, thank you in advance.

Adding external webcam to Surface Book 3

I've reinstalled the logitech software and attached 2 different logitech webcams in every single USB on my laptop (Surface Book 3) and restarted my laptop multiple times. My laptop knows the webcams are plugged in because I can see it on device list but
all it says under it is "driver error." Using the logitech software, all it says is that "no camera is attached." I've tried to find the camera using the windows camera app but it doesn't list the external webcam as an option. Anyone know how to fix the problem?
I talked to my company's IT department. They retried all the things l did and it didn't work. They think I have a Windows error and that they'll have to copy my drive, wipe my computer, and then reinstall Windows. That seems extreme, timely, etc.
