  1. Administrator account suddenly enabled, no password needed -- Oct 2020 upgrade bug or was I...

I just noticed that in addition to my regular user account, there appeared a new option to log in as "Administrator" on my login-screen. After clicking on it, it didn't ask for any password (!), and brought me to the setting up windows dialogs ("Choose privacy settings for your device", etc). At this point I switched back to my regular user using Win-L.

This all seems very suspicious to me. Needless to say that suddenly enabling Administrator access to my PC without any password protection is a huge security risk! Coincidentally, I just installed the October 2020 upgrade yesterday. So now I am wondering whether this a bug of the new upgrade or if I have been hacked?

In either case, any suggestions on what to do other than disabling the Administrator account?

Is it advisable/useful to have a second (full) Administrator account?

Firstly, I should say that someone suggested this Forum to me and it's one of the most useful things that I have come across on the Internet!
I read somewhere that one way to safeguard your system is to create a second Administrator account in addition to the one that is built-in in Windows, so that should there be a problem with the "original" Administrator account you would use the second one to restore the first one.
If this is indeed advisable, what are the steps to do it? I presume that I should password-protect the second Administrator account.
Would I have the second Administrator account always enabled and the original Administrator account always disabled?
