Windows 10: WiFi and Bluetooth not working properly

For the past few months, neither services have been working properly, and I have been accessing the internet via ethernet instead.


For WiFi, the networks tab does not show up on the taskbar, and is not an option on the "Add or remove quick actions" window. I can open up the networks tab when I troubleshoot the network adapter, but there are no networks listed. It would only show the ethernet which says "no internet" even if I do have internet access through the ethernet.


For Bluetooth, when I try to add devices, it immediately gives up on searching and just prompts the "Couldn't connect" window instead. Bluetooth devices that have been previously connected can connect to my system, but I cannot add more devices for some reason.


I have tried reinstalling related drivers to no avail. Opening the properties tab for them just says that they are working properly, so I assume that this problem isn't driver-related. Any help or lead to resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I tried the steps that suggested by you, but didnt worked. Still wifi nd bluetooth not working. Please understand.

 

Upgrade from 8.1 to 10 and wifi, bluetooth do not work properly.

Thanks for your reply. I tried your suggestions but it still does not work. In Settings, the wifi and bluetooth are enabled but there are no listed routers or devices available. There is also no icon on the task bar that shows wifi is working. In Device
mgr, both drivers are active and current.

Model of PC: Sam Sung ATIV book 9, AMD quad core 1GHz, 4G ram

Wifi and Bluetooth not working properly

My wifi and bluetooth both keeps disconnecting that I have to run the troubleshooter every few minutes to get them up again. I opened device manager to check the status of both drivers but it says "device working properly". However, in the events tab it
says "device not migrated" for both the wifi and the bluetooth. I tried checking for updates and uninstalling the driver then restarting my device but nothing seems to work. My wifi adapter is "Realtek RTL8723BE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC" and my bluetooth
adapter is "Realtek Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter". I am running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
