Unable to accept Terms of Use

    Hi JusticeDelli Bovi,

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. I understand you're having some issues accepting the new Terms of Service. When you're signing in to your account on Xbox.com, are you using Internet Explorer on the phone; or are you accessing it on a browser
    on your computer?

Depending on which process you're trying to use, the steps to clear the browsing cache and cookies may differ.

    • If you're using the phone, try navigating to the phone settings > applications > Internet Explorer and
delete the browsing history there. Once completed see if you can sign in again to receive a new Terms of Service.
    • If you're using your computer, try searching for Internet options in your
      start menu
, then select the delete button under
      Browsing History
, place check marks next to temporary Internet files and
cookies, then click delete. After this step has been completed, try launching your browser again and see if you're provided a Terms of Service to sign.
    • If you're not using Internet Explorer, it may be worth trying it in Internet Explorer just in case the Terms of Service aren't playing nice with another browser.
Please let us know what happens.

    Regards,
