Windows 10: Accidently deleting C: Drive

This is very dumb of me. I was loading my external hard drive and I remembered that the last time I used it I had loaded windows onto it. So I was like I should wipe the hard drive because I don't need it anymore. I see windows folders and delete all the folders and go to the restroom. I come back to almost a GB has been deleted and I realized I had deleted my C: Drive on accident ( I am very sleep deprived atm). I've recovered all the files from the recycling bin but the issue is that whenever I load an application like Word, I have to go manually find the folder. I would rather not have to do that for everything. Need help please.

i accidently save something to c drive. when i try to delete it says need admin permission. how do i delete it?

i am on a computer that dont have any account only 1 and thats me. main one is me. 1 account.

 

Accidently deleted my users folder in C Drive on Windows 10!

I accidently deleted the Users folder in C Drive on Windows 10 and now the downloads, music, pictures folder in documents are not working.

What should I do?

 

C Drive icon disapear?

I was trying to install need for speed pro street demo. I install it in C drive directory. Somehow it got currupted.. so I delete the files manually in C drive and reboot and download pro street again.

Now my C drive picture Icon disapear and now it just a white square. Did when I was deleting pro street files in C drive somehow it effect the C drive icon? or did I accidently delete something that is not pro street file?

How do I make my C drive picture Icon back?
