Windows 10: Help PLEEAASE! I was a dumbf*** and deleted WindowsApps folder (I know) :'(

Somebody has to know a way to fix this, please help if you're reading this! I've truly learnt my lesson about messing around with folder permissions.

TL/DR: I need to reinstall WindowsApps folder as it normally comes out of the box. My laptop only has USB C ports and micro SD card slots, so I dont know if I can download Windows Media Creator ISO file to it and perform a clean install from that. Please advise me on how to reinstall windows with ALL its folders as normal!

Full Story:

I was trying to change a stupid icon of a Windows Store app, and so changed permissions of WindowsApps folder (everyone on the internet was doing it so i didnt think it would be harmful) and then I couldn't revert it so I tried a bunch of solutions (including attempting a system restore several times) and then one solution went ahead and deleted the whole damn folder like a piece of sh*t.

Then I was properly screwed so I tried resetting my PC and thought it would be fine. An hour later I go through set up all over again and find that while the WindowsApps folder permissions have been reset, ITS EMPTY! HELP! Now I dont have any windows apps like even the Microsoft Store or Clock etc...

I've looked at several solutions but the only one that seems viable is a clean install of windows 10 via a USB or CD, but the problem is MY FREAKING LAPTOP ONLY HAS USB C and a MICRO SD CARD. And even if i tried downloading the Windows Media Creator ISO file thing to my SD card, no one is verifying whether it will re-install the damn WindowsApps folder like normal??

I have so much overdue work i need to do on this laptop somebody gotta help me pls im so desperate

EDIT:

even if i could download the WindowsApps folder from another computer and use it on mine, I would have to alter permissions again and thats the source of the whole problem ffs. And I dont even know if that's a legit solution. I think a clean install works best.

Hmm, which is faster. I attempted a Live Linux Drive already but it was very slow and would not boot, not to mention I don't know a thing about using linux.

Would option 2 be easier? I looked at Macrium, but the install steps themselves are confusing me, and I fear not knowing how to navigate it once I boot to it.

EDIT: I installed Macrium Reflect Free, went through these steps to create the media.
Don't forget to check the UEFI/MBR box if you are attempting this yourself.
I then booted to it, "browsed my files for an image", but for real, navigate to the WindowsApps folder on your secondary drive, and delete it. It doesn't disappear instantly, but when you exit the drive, and log back into windows, the folder will be gone.
