Windows 10: Dell XPS PC keeps corrupting user profile

My MD has a brand new Dell XPS 8940, and every month now for the past 6 months, his user profile gets corrupted. While there are many useful topics here on how to recover it, there is not a single document I can find that will give me some clues as to why this keeps on happening. Most frustrating for me is that System Restore is absolutely useless and ends up with me sitting like a lemon for days, before he runs out of patience and so do I and end up rebuilding the machine. Is this a MS issue? Is it a Dell issue? I can't be the only person on the planet that has experienced this....

Corrupted User Profile

There maybe a couple of reasons behind this misbehavior such as a corrupted system file. However, we would like to be able to verify which process exactly is corrupted.

• When you install, does it give you any form of error message when it fails?
• What other processes doesn't go through on the said User account?

Likhitha V's response on this thread. See if it applies to you. However,
just to give you a heads up. The steps are about creating a new user profile and deleting the current one. I suggest you back up your files so you may be able to transfer it. You can also find information about it on the same thread.
