    The specified user does not have a valid profile

    After a recent update I can no longer run any windows 10 apps on my laptop. I get the error "the specified user does not have a valid profile".

    I've tried the suggestions on this link but nothing has fixed it. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...-profile/25778c4d-39f7-483c-b676-7e80a119ccde

    I did try the work around of moving folder and although this works I don't want to move all my apps

    Any help would be appreciated.

    My laptop tells me 'The specified user doesn't have a valid profile' meaning I can't open my files. What can I do?

    Windows 10 User Error

    I have a bit of a problem with a friends computer I'm hoping someone has dealt with before. When you try to log in to any user profile, it takes forever to log in, and it Finally gives an error message "User Profile Service failed to load", and loads a temporary profile. I have tried a few fixes, adjusting the registry for the profile, copying a default profile from a working computer, virus scan, ect. The first Malwarebytes scan did fine over 1000 things, but nothing that was really major and Im kinda out of Ideas. Any Thoughts
