Windows 10: high cpu usage in windows 10 and laggy and full heat

imy pc is HP notebook laptop, windows 1903 version, i3 and 8gb ram


i took a risk of keeping my pc without any paid anti virus JUST for someone' advice.


but


nothing seemed working

task manager got some what better , but taking 100% some times


i updated each and everything

from windows to hp

drivers to bios

everything is up to date

there are no virus too


now still my pc is still getting heated very much

main issues are

once i turn on the laptop, it taking so much time to completely load and settle the desktop

mouse cursor also takes time to work

and when i play youtube, video stuttering and audio also stuttering.


i feel like there is a lot of load on the pc in background


as someone said to delete antivirus apps

mc afee was there in my pc from the beginning only, all went good


but from past 3 days i am suffering like this


does changing OS helps??

like they say in linux, we can pin point problem easily


i dont know man! this became like an UNsolvable problem.


plz help me..

Windows Explorer high CPU Usage in Windows 10

Usually, too many background processes can boost your CPU usage. Since you already disabled the apps that are not necessary on startup,
we suggest checking the applications running once you have successfully boot Windows 10. To do this, simply follow the steps below:

• Click on the Start button and type Task Manager on the search box.
• On the Task Manager window, you should see the programs running.
• Click on the More details drop-down button to see the total number of apps running and their real-time CPU usage.

From there, you should see what applications are running on high CPU usage. You can also
restart the Windows Management Instrumentation service and see if your CPU performance will improve. Follow the instructions below to restart the service:

• Click on the Start button and type Services.
• Scroll down the list and look for Windows Management Instrumentation.
• Right click on it and select Restart.

High CPU usage for no reason

Hi,

A little while ago, while I was working on a project on my PC, I noticed that my computer started getting laggy, I didn't have much open, so I checked task manager to see what was causing the high usage and nothing came up. The CPU usage was really high
and when I added up each process effect on the CPU, it was way below what the actual CPU usage was. Every once in a while, my computer will get super laggy but when I open task manager, my computer immediately runs faster, as if something was closing when
I open task manager. If anyone has a possible solution that would be great. Thanks!

 

high cpu usage

After downloading windows 10, anytime I run any programs, I get high CPU usage. It does not matter whether it is google chrome, task manager, playing games, whatever. Anything seems to spike the CPU usage. I have already run malwarbytes and my antivirus
programs and find no viruses. Any suggestions? Thanks.
