Windows 10: Is it spam?

Is email from Customer Care <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***> actually from Microsoft?

I got email about my Microsoft Account directing me to go to https://hidu78n3lcs.typeform.com/to/Pv3Yn44x

to check recent activity of my email address from an IP address in Germany.

They gave no phone number to call.

You need to look at the “View installed Updates” screen to see the list of recently installed updates.

Follow these steps to view installed updates:

You can move to spam folder all day long and you get the same unwanted emails the next day. What a piece of crap. I'm about to go with a Chromebook or Apple. Microsoft sucks more and more.
