    Hi all

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and every time without exception when I use the icon in the system tray to remove the hardware safely it tells me the phone is still in use and can't be removed safely.

So I tried to change the option under Policies under disk management but to my surprise I don't have a "Removal policy" section. Only the "Write-caching policy".

Can someone please help me out?

    Thank you!

    GROUP POLICIES IN WINDOWS 10

You can change Group Policies by opening Group Policy Editor first. You can open it by following these steps:

    • Log in an administrator account. If you are already logged in as an administrator, proceed to step 2.
    • Press Windows + R to open Run.
    • Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.

After opening Group Policy Editor, you can now make the necessary changes that you want.

Should you have more concerns, feel free to post.

    Regards.
