Windows 10: Help please, feature update 20H2 failed code 0xc1900101 - display driver?

Hello there, I'm at the point where my windows is basically forcing me to update to 20H2, I put it off for a very long time and now my laptop wants me to make the switch over. Only problem is I've tried to install this feature update 3 times prior and all those times the install failed with the same code - 0xc1900101. No sub-code however, so no numbers after that code. (example - 0xc1900101-0x40017). I did some research and it says the code means the setup ran into a driver error. Something regarding the display driver. Now granted, my geforce display driver I was using was a pretty old version, from 2019. I have since updated it to the newest one using the geforce now app. But haven't yet tried to install the feature update again, the last time I had a close call(it barely recovered the rollback) and I'm not itching to try the update again. Anybody else had an issue with drivers that was preventing their feature update from finishing, maybe even the same code 0xc1900101? I came across one person's story who basically Uninstalled everything related to geforce before finally getting his feature update to work. What should I do? Other places it also says to Uninstall your Antivirus software, does that even help? Does updating the display driver solve the issue, or does uninstalling everything driver related?

Dear community,

I am getting the 0xc1900101 error for a few month already when trying to update my Windows 10.

I tried with the latest feature update to windows 10 version 20H2 today and the problem still remains.

I tried a lot of solutions found on the internet to solve this issue, but none of them worked:

At about 60% of the update, it fails, and Windows rolls back to its previous version.

Any tip on how to get more insight about this error and find a way on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.
