Windows 10: Hp stream 14 keeps crashing

My HP stream just crashed after i put it in sleep mode, after the screen became black the next day and took me to choose an option. I tried reseting my laptop but this kept happeningpicture shown. I dont know what to do, I've tried doing the command promt and its not working, when i try to reset my laptop i keeps saying an error happend and im stuck on choose an option. I've tried doing all the options on troubleshoot. PLEASE HELP ASAP

Vijay, I have programs that asks me to restart my computer. HP stream 14. #2. I've tried windows suggested remedies on getting more space, apparently not enough.Now when I try to update win.10 v
1903 I get a message telling me that other updates are downloading that was 4 days ago.It tells me to try restarting my computer.Hence my question

 

Updating HP Stream 14

I have an HP Stream 14 currently running Windows version 1607. It kindly keeps telling me Windows isn't supporting this version anymore and I need to update to the latest version. This is proving a little difficult as I have, for some reason, zero space
available on the drive.

I found some info saying to run some Windows tool (doesn't seem to be the Media Creation tool or, at least, it isn't called that on this page) to install a fresh copy of Windows but that the space needed is 3GB. A little difficult as I don't have that space
available which is why I'm having this trouble in the first place.

My question is: Can I save this tool to flash drive and run it from there? Or would using the Media Creation tool be a better option? And will it keep the license key intact?

If at all possible, a quick reply would be appreciated as this is a bit of an urgent matter.

ho compr questo portatile hp stream laptop 14 ax0xx ma non avevo presente che il disco rigido era solo di 30gb. E' possibile fare qualcosa perché appena installo qualsiasi cosa si riempie subito il disco.
