Migrating applications and files to a new windows install

I have purchased a new system drive. The plan is to do a clean windows install (current one got bloated there are some missing files which would be easier to fix with a clean setup). My main question goes as follows -- is there a way to easily restore the files and apps to the new drive without manually copy-pasting it? I am not looking to clone the drive, rather would like a tool that would allow me to manually restore files and probably toggle if I want to restore something or leave it.

    Thanks in advance!

    Install Diablo 3 on Linux

Just install PlayOnLinux? Why did they make step 2 and 3 of this "tutorial"?

Anyway, looking at the supported software list for PlayOnLinux, D3 is a step in the right direction. Lack of gaming is a factor for a lot of people when deciding on an OS, if more recent games get ported it may help migrate them to their preferred choice.

I did the Diskpart step that SWI2 explained in post #14 and rebooted, but I still see drive D having the system label.
