Windows 10: program or game huge size.

I just want to say can programs or game can get smaller in size smilar to android the coding of game is very big this is because windows is not created for apps. or remake the windows again.

• You can change the font size here.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
