    Hello, I am a user of Windows 10 Pro. Using the ASU vivobook I believe 2019.?


    I recently bought a new pair of Bluetooth earphones, the earphones work perfectly on my phone or other devices, but for my laptop, when connected I receive very distorted noises. To be specific, the sound is a robotic noise, almost as if the sound were being auto-tuned, this continues throughout when watching youtube or even when I'm listening to music already downloaded on my laptop. To clarify, my wifi works well. I wonder if this is a problem with my Bluetooth on the laptop or some sort of a problem with windows. Could someone tell me what the problem is, and how to solve it?

    No Sound from Galaxy Buds on Windows 10

    I've tried to look up solutions to my problem, but nothing seems to work. When I connect my galaxy buds to my desktop via Bluetooth, the pairing works just fine, so I don't believe it's an issue with the Bluetooth hardware in my PC. It pairs, says it's ready,
    but then no audio comes out of the earbuds.

    Looking through the playback devices, the green bars go up, signifying that audio is playing, but nothing comes through.

    This doesn't seem to be an issue with the earbuds themselves, as my laptop (which also runs Windows 10) has no issue pairing with the earbuds and playing audio through them.

    I've tried reinstalling and updating Bluetooth drivers, resetting the buds, messing with the sound settings, and checking the buds's properties, but nothing seems to work.

    The only discrepancy I can see between my laptop and desktop is the symbol that I am given when connecting via Bluetooth. On my laptop, the buds show up with a headphones symbol; on my desktop, it shows up with a phone symbol for some reason. I'm assuming
    this is part of the issue, but I can't seem to figure out what's wrong.

    Is there anything that could help me resolve this problem?

  3. Galaxy Buds Live won't stay connected to Windows 10

    As the title suggestes my galaxy buds keep disconnecting from my windows 10 desktop computer. After the buds being connected for like 15 seconds, they always disconnect. Already updated everything to the latest
    firmware on the buds, bluetooth device.

    Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

    Can't connect my Galaxy Buds to PC

    Hello RemusGrecea,

    I'm John an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I understand you cannot pair your galaxy buds on your PC. What is the make and model of your PC?

    Did you try other Bluetooth device to connect on your PC? If available, Try the galaxy buds to pair on another computer.

    First make sure that you've turned off your phone's Bluetooth and the buds are inside the case.

    Insert the Galaxy Buds into their charging case in the proper position. Close the case and the battery indicator should flash, indicating they're ready to pair.

    If the battery indicator does not flash, it means it needs to be charged. Let them charge for at least ten minutes before pairing them.

    Go to "Bluetooth and other devices" . Click on the "+" next to "Add Bluetooth or other device". Click on "Bluetooth". Now, open your Galaxy Buds case (this will turn on the pairing mode). Your buds should now be discoverable and ready to pair.
