  1. Network Location Login

On my website's CPanel I created some FTP accounts: Admin, Employee #1, Employee #2, Hub

My folder directories on my web host looks like this:

    • Files Only Administrator has access to this folder
      • Hub Space Everyone has access to this folder through logging in with Hub FTP Account
      • Employee #1 Employee #1 only has access to this folder through logging in with Employee #1 FTP Account
      • Employee #2 Employee #2 only has access to this folder through logging in with Employee #2 FTP Account

By setting up the Admin account to root with the parent folder Files, the admin easily has access to all the subfolders.

However for the Employees, they will have to have 2 Network Folder: One for their Employee Folder and another for the Hub Space.

But whenever they switch from Employee folder to Hub folder, they have to login.

    That is just inconvenient.

Is there a better way to set this up so that they don't have to login all the time?

    :)

  3. Cannot Backup to Network Location - Win10 Creator

    Hi,

There are several factors that can prevent you from creating a backup in a network location, This could be caused by the shared locations permissions or the file path designated is incomplete. We need a few more details so we can provide the next steps.
    Kindly answer the questions below:

    • What is the version and build of Windows 10 Creators Update that you have currently installed in your computer?
    • For the prompt asking you to enter network credentials, does the other computer have a local login?

We look forward to your response to our queries.
