    Install app from Microsoft store (Viber)


    Hello,
    I want to install the Viber app from Microsoft store on my laptop
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/vi...otInstall app from Microsoft store (Viber) :eek:verviewtab
    However this app is only available for mobile device and hub.
    I had this app installed a couple of years ago on my desktop and it still works there.
    Is there any way to go around this check and install this app either a) by making the app store think that my OS is a mobile version or b) copying the app's installation files from my desktop to my laptop?

    My windows version is 19041.746

    P.S I don't want to install the desktop version of Viber because it is full of ads.

    On what device do you want to use it?

    Viber from the Store is only available on Mobile devices and Surface Hub.

    You can get Viber for Desktop, as @sygnus21 suggested, to serve as a portal.
