  1. How to make Windows change the main display when the other is not in use?

I have a 32" monitor that I use as my main, both my Windows 10 personal PC and my work PC are plugged into it with different inputs, and 2 monitors on the side (a 21" monitor on the left that's only connected to my work PC, and a 24" monitor on the top connected only to my personal PC). This allows me to use my personal PC during work with the top display.

My problem though is that when I'm using the work configuration (my 32" monitor receiving input from the work PC and only the top monitor displaying my personal PC), my personal PC keeps acting like it's using the 32" display even though the monitor is displaying my work PC.

This means when I do things like open a window on my personal PC while using the work PC as the main display input, it sends them to the main display, even though it's not displaying on that monitor.

It also gives me a black screen when I wake the PC from sleep, unless I have the top monitor set as the main display. This doesn't solve the former problem though, and also isn't ideal because I prefer the 32" to be my main display when I'm not using the work PC.

Is there any way around this? Any way to make windows switch which display is the main display dynamically based on which I'm using? Or at least to set up a shortcut or something to switch them, so I don't have to constantly change which display is the main display, switch input, move windows between displays, or unplugging cables etc.? I tried checking the main monitor's settings (MSI MAG321CQR) but couldn't find anything that looked like it would cut feedback to the input that isn't in use or anything that might help accomplish this from that end.

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

And, sort of the same here --> Add a language or keyboard

Quote from above MS web page:

Spoiler Download and install language packs
You'll need to download the language pack if you want to make a language your Windows display language (that's the language you see most often in Windows and apps).
    • Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.)
    • Tap or click Time and language, and then tap or click Region and language.
    • Tap or click a language that says Language pack available underneath, and then tap or click Options.
    • Tap or click Download. The download process might take a while, depending on your PC and the size of the language pack.
If you want to make this your display language, see the next section "Change your Windows display language".
    Change your Windows display language
To change your Windows display language (that's the language you see most often in Windows and apps), first add a language, download and install the language pack, and then follow these steps.
    • Tap or click the language that you want to set as your display language.
    • Tap or click Set as primary to move the language to the top of the list. If the language can become your Windows display language, you'll see Will be display language after next sign-in appear under the language.
    • Sign out and then sign back in to finish.
And here is some more info --> Add Language Packs to Windows
