Windows 10: Starting Download issue STILL!!!!!

I've been trying to install Dolby access for about 5months now and cant figure out why it wont let it actually download. I can use any help I can get, and any help will be much appreciated.

List of things I've tried:

• making sure my date and time is set properly.
• set the region of my account (Canada).
• logging out and logging back in.
• resetting the app manually.
• resetting Via wsreset (thinks about what to do for about 5HR <-- legit took that long to do nothing).
• I've tried updating both the Microsoft store and windows itself (Microsoft store cant download stuff to it cant update, and windows 10 is up to date).

Bitdefender fix attempts:

• I tried disabling everything.
• I tried un installing it then trying to download Dolby.
• disabling the windows firewall didn't effect anything at all.

I don't know what else could be a issue but I've tried almost everything I've come across. I've lost hope in the Microsoft store to not be a buggy piece of shit. the support service is a hole other issue I have with the Microsoft store.

AMD FX OC'ers Club

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Windows Start issue

Try this:

Right click on your start menu, and click on System:





When the system window comes up, click on Advanced System Settings:




There, click on Startup and Recovery:




Then in the top menu you will have a choice of OSs. Select the one you want to boot to defaultly and uncheck the box for "Time to display list of operating systems."




That should make it boot into Windows 10 without your intervention.

 

New here and seeking for help: problems with graphic card

Thanks very much lilhasselhoffer. I'll start doing what you suggested step by step.

One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.
