Windows 10: Trouble with Opening Applications using start menu

Things I tried

1. running the chkdsk, scansfc and hesm restore health commands

2. taking permission of the folder as everyone


problems noticed

1. the error comes only when running the application in administrator privileges and the message with comes as do you want this application do make changes to your pc twice. if normally running then it doesn't respond at all

2. the error doesnt get in whatsapp specifically but in nvidia control panel or cortana as well or simply every app in "WindowsApps" Folder.

No recent document for applications on start menu

These list of recent files are called Jump Lists. Windows 10 still has them, but now you get them by right-clicking on the application on the Start menu (or on an application pinned to the taskbar).

If you can't see a jump list this way, check that 'Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or the taskbar' is turned on in:
Settings > Personalise > Start

NB: Be careful with this setting. The way to clear all Jump Lists is turn this setting off then back on again.

Start menu is not working on Windows 10

I have tried till the troubleshooter and got this

"Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost" and "Microsoft.Windows.Cortana" applications need to be installed correctly.

Now how do install these applications
