    Very rude Technical Support - Escalation


    I have been encountering a Blue Screen error on my laptop for the last 20 hours. I called Technical Support and they did some updates that didn't resolve the issue. I called again 3 times hoping to get the issue resolved, everytime the technicians were just trying solutions without knowing what is the root cause. The issue still wasn't resolved.

    So I called a 4th time asking to escalate the case and to talk to a tier 2 engineer. I have been told that someone is going to call me back in the next hour. Two hours later, I called again asking for the tier 2 engineer who was supposed to call me.

    I have been told that no one is available and I should wait till the next day. I explained that I have been waiting for their call and I insisted on getting a support. So the technician hung up one me and I am not able to reach technical support since then !

    I have purchased Office 365 and using on Lumia 950XL. The support guy is pathetic, they give some garbage solutions. Can I know whom to escalate the issue. Support Guy even did not transfer me back on the system for the feedback, mentioning that the system
    in down.

    Anyway it is my mistake to buy Microsoft .

    Just wanted to know if I can escalate the ticket - **** to someone else.

    • Press windows key, and type Contact Support.

    • Select Services and apps.

    • Click on Windows.

    • Click on Technical Support.

    • There you will be able to contact the Technical support.
