BSOD, VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR while using Chrome and Acrobat Reader

Hi, I've had random crashes on my computer for a while about once a day. I've tried updating the drivers with Driver Booster and checking for updates with Windows. I've also changed my antivirus and deleted a couple of apps and for 5 days no crashes happened. Today my pc crashed again, giving a blue screen with the same code, VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR. Any help would be appreciated, I have no idea what to do and it's frustrating.

Here is the folder with two minidump files it crashed twice in like 5 minutes. I have an HP laptop 15-bs1xx

  2. Acrobat Reader DC keeps popping on screen

    Hello,

As per the issue description, I understand that issue with Acrobat reader DC and its popping every time while working on computer. I will certainly help you to resolve the issue.

There might be a possibility that new security updates are constantly released for the Adobe Acrobat Reader software to provide increased functionality and to patch any security loopholes that might be present. Every time a new update has been downloaded
and is ready to install, a notification will pop up to alert the user. There are instances where these can be annoying or intrusive; for example, while giving a business presentation with the aid of a PDF document. Disabling the Acrobat Reader pop-ups will
    prevent this type of interruption.

    Method 1

I would suggest you to follow the steps given below and check if it helps.

    Step 1

    Launch Adobe Acrobat Reader.

    Step 2

Click "Edit" from the menu bar at the top of the Adobe Reader window and then click "Preferences" from the list of options displayed. Click the "Updater" category on the list of options displayed on the "Preferences" submenu

    Step 3

Click the radio button next to "Do not download or install updates automatically" below the "Check for updates" section.

    Step 4

Click "OK" and then click "Yes" when asked if you want to allow the changes. Acrobat Reader will no longer keep displaying pop-ups prompting you to install available updates.

    Method 2

I would suggest you to scan your computer with Microsoft Safety scanner just to make sure that computer is free of all infections

You can scan your PC with Microsoft Safety Scanner to ensure your PC is not infected.

Hope it helps, Please write back to us if you need any further assistance, we'll be glad to assist you.

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

In regards to your concern, please help me with the following questions:

    1. What changes are been made on the computer?
    2. What is the version of Windows installed on the computer?

You can try to uninstall and reinstall the Acrobat Reader and check if that fixes the issue.

  4. BSOD, VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR while using Chrome and Acrobat Reader

How to open PDFs in Acrobat Reader and NOT in Chrome

I always want to open all my pdfs in Acrobat Reader, but, Chrome has made that incredibly difficult, esp. for a non-technological person like me. OK, I'm techno-phobic. I have discovered that the old methods do not work. New instructions say I have to have
an app. I have Acrobat Reader on my computer. Is that an app or do I need something else?

Then what do I do? Very plain English in step-by-baby-step instructions would be welcome. Why do these (insert a very long string of expletives which the Code of Conduct prohibits me from using) people do this sort of thing? Have they no compassion on techno-phobes???
If Dante were alive, he'd have to add a deeper level to Hell than any yet conceived for these (insert as above) people, if they are people, which I doubt.

Any help will be deeply appreciated.
