How do I change 5 minute calendar interval to 1 minute on Lumia 950XL?

Hi,

After recent updates I suddenly have possibility to set up events with ONLY 30 minutes intervals! That means only ex. 6:00 , 6:30, 7:00, etc. I think this is crazy. What are they doing? Is it a joke? It is an oficial calendar application. Until recently
I had 1 minute intervals. I have every update (only stable official updates, 1520 device).

They also changed how the list of timepoints looks like. Before it was a nice special tile list which could be swiped and slowed down nicely and now it's just a plain context menu style list with 30 min intervals.

is it only me?

I think this company is destroying more and more the mobile windows.

 

What is causing my system to stutter every minute on the minute?

The average Windows 10 machine has around 150 tasks, many more than you think. To see if one of them runs once every minute, you could do this:

• Open an elevated Command Prompt.
• Type these commands exactly:
  
  cd /d c:\Windows\System32\Tasks
  
  for /r %a in (*.*) do type "%a" | find /i "/Interval" >> "%UserProfile\Desktop\Tasks.txt"
• Open the desktop file Tasks.txt. It will look like so:
  
  <Interval>PT1H</Interval>
  
  <Interval>PT1M</Interval>
  
  <Interval>PT30M</Interval>
• See if you can find a line that contains the letters PT1M.

I can only add appointments at 5 minute calendar intervals on the Lumia 950XL. That's no good for me as I travel a lot by train and bus and they run on much finer time resolution. How do I change 5 minute calendar interval to 1 minute on Lumia 950XL?
