Windows 10: Laptop just started running super slow and can't handle games?

So to give some context, I have a Lenovo Ideapad and it's been able to run my games perfectly fine. I was able to have Discord, background apps, League, and Zoom open all at once with no problems or frame drops.

Then while I was playing League, I'm not sure if I hit a wrong button or something but a battery icon with a leaf popped up on my screen and my frames just dropped completely. I went into my battery settings and made sure battery saver was off and that I was on high performance in the power settings. But my frames still wouldn't get over 30.

So I did a factory reset, made sure to clear my temporary files, uninstalled games things that took up a lot of space like Valorant, stopped running background apps I wasn't using, checked my core temp, etc. But my frames are still garbage on League and Zoom and Discord are running pretty damn slow ://. Any thoughts on what might be the issue? I assume it's something battery related but I've seriously tried everything in regards to that.

Super super super slow running Windows 10

I have a Samsung touch screen computer. I upgraded to Windows 10 a couple of months ago. I have Norton antivirus. A couple of weeks ago my computer started to run slow. I did a "go back to a known good date" reset. worked for a while. then started to slow
down. Now it takes over an hour from turning on computer to get to google web page. It works, but is super super slow. Do you have a suggestion to try so I dont lose my saved data. I have only got on set up (F8) once on many attempts. Thank you for any help.

How will this HP Pavillion gaming laptop handle games?

I am pretty sure I am getting Walmart's new HP Pavillion gaming laptop for Christmas, and I was wondering how it will be able to run the following games.
