Windows 10: In need of technical support with insane windows 10 - are you in west london ?

Hi,


i'm tired of youtube video DIY, I appreciate the instructions previously received from windows 10 users but i'm an artist not a computer guy, thus my knowledge does not go further than what the troubleshooter or microsoft automatic helper recommend .


My computer softwares windows 10 , a brand new ASUS blocks my digital audio station from accessing microphone, it accesses everything else but not the microphone, the only thing I bought it for. Recording music

If you're in west London, I can bring this damn thing to an agreed location and i'm willing to pay a reasonable sum if you can help, i'm so sick of this so called modern tech that makes life impossible, these things are not user friendly, you need more than average intelligence to work windows 10. Shame on the developers........................pls pls bring back the old windows FGSK, at least they worked and didn't defeat the objective

BTW, i've installed and reinstalled the drivers for my user interface, perfect on every other system, even works with my chromebooks but ...windows 10 ??? ?? :

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
