Windows 10: Brightness Problem

I cannot change my brightness. If I press fn+f2, there is the brightness bar appeared but it doesn't dim. I try to slide the bar down but nothing happened. I've googled some solution but it won't work. All other shortcuts on my keyboard work just fine.

Maybe you guys have some explanation or solution. Thanks in advance

To adjust the brightness, see the steps below:

• Go back to Power Options, and tick on the High performance.
• See if you can adjust the brightness.

If this not work, we highly suggest that you create an Administrator account, and re-do the steps above.
