Windows 10: Windows Hello stopped working on my Surface Book 2

My Surface book 2 running


Edition Windows 10 Pro

Version 20H2

Installed on ‎2/‎24/‎2021

OS build 19042.844

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0


no longer does Windows Hello. TPM is fully activated and the drivers for Windows Hello are the latest.


On the Windows Hello Face Software Device Properties the last event entry reads:


Device ROOT\WindowsHelloFaceSoftwareDriver\0000 had a problem starting.


Driver Name: oem105.inf

Class Guid: {53d29ef7-377c-4d14-864b-eb3a85769359}

Service: WUDFRd

Lower Filters:

Upper Filters:

Problem: 0x15

Problem Status: 0xC00000BB



I tried rolling back to the previous version and nothing. What gives? The camera is working and works for Zoom calls etc...

File Explorer on the Surface Book 2 stopped working

Hello,

My file explorer on my 13" Surface Book 2 has stopped working whenever I try to access it from the desktop. I can use it when I submit a file in a dropbox for school on a web browser, but anytime I attempt to access it from the start menu or the taskbar,
it freezes. It seems corrupted and can only be closed if I right click on the icon on the taskbar and hit close. Any attempt to access on a driver on the left side on the file explorer menu causes it to lock up as if it is not responding. What is happening
here?
