Windows 10: "Vous pouvez jouer à Sea of Thieves ou l'acheter pour en être propriétaire"

J'ai acheté Sea of thieves il y a 2 ans, pourquoi le client Microsoft store me dit il que je n'en suis pas propriétaire et me propose de l'acheter à nouveau? Je peux toujours installer et jouer au jeu, mais je ne peux pas y acheter de "pièces anciennes", le jeu m'affiche "l'inventaire n'est pas disponible".

En vous remerciant pour votre question, voici une suggestion pour essayer d'éliminer certaines possibilités :



Est-il possible d'en avoir la même application dans votre liste d'applications, soit pre-instalée ou téléchargée ultierement, qui nécessite une connexion Internet pour se auto-synchroniser? C'est normalement des applications de type "messagerie instantanée"
(en plus général).



Egalement vous pouvez verifier si les methodes de positionnement et la synchronisation pour le GPS sont pas en "automatique" ou "GPS assisté"



Pourriez-vous faire une liste des applications que vous avez sur vos appareils pour les comparer?
