Windows 10: Bootloop after reinstalling windows; Windows media creation tool unable to install to...

So i recently bought a computer with 2 connected drives as storage, a 120gb ssd and a 1tb hdd. Upon first booting the computer, most of windows features like the start menu or signing in to my microsoft account did not work. I then went into settings and chose the options to 'reset to factory settings' and 'reinstall windows from this pc'. I went through the file removal process and the reinstallation process, but i have been unable to get further than the screen to select my time zone and language. I fill it out, click next, and the computer restarts and sends me back to the same menu. I tried reinstalling windows 10 from a boot usb drive, but upon reaching the 'select a drive to install windows' menu, there were 4 'drive 0' partitions, with only one having more than 100mb. the 900-something gb partition along with the other 3 partitions all said they were not a compatible format. or something along those lines I tried reformatting all four drives, but the button essentially did nothing. I did not open the MCT from the boot menu. It automatically opened without me needing to select it from the boot menu. I do not know what i can do because i cannot remove the drives from the computer.

You might face this issue if the downloaded setup file is corrupted.

• Did you try to download the setup again?
• Did you try to upgrade through Windows Update?

First, I would suggest you to try updating through Windows Update and check if you are able to upgrade to Windows 10. If you are unable to upgrade through Windows Update, then I would suggest you to download the Windows 10 ISO again and save it locally
on the desktop and then try to run the upgrade.
