  1. Frequent BSOD errors

I've been frequently having daily BSODs for the past few months and I finally got around to searching for a solution or a way to figure out the cause of the problem.

I ran memtest off a usb stick and it came up with 0 errors, so I'm sure it's not the ram at the very least.

I followed the topic for driver verifier and after restarting with the specific settings, the pc crashed immediately after I booted and logged into my account, consistently, several times in a row.

Please tell me what the faulty driver seem to be, if possible.

Here is a link to a dropbox folder containing both the system info and a zip of the last few minidumps that windows generated off those crashes.

    BSOD - Registry Error

    Your BSOD code is 0X000000051

Here's the Google search I did for it: https://www.google.com/search?q=0x0...j5.399j0j7&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8

There is a hotfix available that might help, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/810558

This thread makes a few good suggestions too: http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-hel...dows-7-pro-sp1-registry-error-0x00000051.html

+1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

    Run SFC /SCANNOW

    Report back.

  3. Getting BSOD 0x124 error

    Ignore what everone said here.

0x124 BSOD is usually related to VCCIO (VTT), run Prime95 version 26.6 with custom sizes of 512K to 640K with 50% of your memory for at least 8 hours.

If you get a 0x124 BSOD, increase VCCIO voltage by small steps, run Prime95 again until your stable.

If you pass Prime95 512K to 640K without a BSOD, then its Vcore too low. I'd suggest running IntelBurnTest with 80% of your memory to verify stability (8 to 12 hours).

Oh, and yeah, if this problem appeared all of the sudden, the reason is CPU degradation, you can prevent it by enabling C-States or adjust your overclock to use lower voltages.

  4. Frequent BSOD errors

    Frequent BSOD

    Hello,

As per the title, I am experiencing a range of BSOD errors daily. Perhaps once every 2-3 hours or so, and it seems to crash more often the more program I’m running simultaneously. Though this could be mere coincidence.
I'll list some of the recent error messages here:

    • Win32kfull.sys failed
    • System service exception
    • Werfault.exe failed
    • Page fault in non paged area
    • System thread exception not handled
    • Critical process died
    • Nvlddmkm.sys failed
    • Dxgmms2.sys failed
    • Unexpected store exception
    • Unexpected kernel mode trap
And I’m sure there are others I haven’t taken the time to log. Clearly something is seriously wrong.

    Troubleshooting steps taken include:

    • Updating gpu driver
    • Uninstalling 3rd party antivirus software

    As per this guide:

    BSOD Finding and fixing them

I'm including the following to help diagnose the problem:

    • recent .dmp files (only two appear in the minidump folder for some reason)
    • MSinfo output
    • System specs (should be in MSinfo. Ask if you require further details)

You can download these from my onedrive here:

Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

I’m not sure what troubleshooting steps to take from here, so any advice would be appreciated.

    Regards,

    Nathan

    Edit:

I've also taken the following troubleshooting steps:

    - Updated Windows

    - Updated device drivers, via SDI
