Windows 10: UltraUXThemePatcher not changing menu bar for all programs

Alright, I've looked through tons of forum posts online, used all sorts of differentr terminology to describe my issue but no one seems to have quite the same problem as me. Here's the issue, I have a nice theme from DeviantArt that is supposed to change the bar at the top of a window (including the minimize, maximize, close buttons) but the theme only applies to certain programs (File Explorer, Some game Launchers, https://preview.redd.it/25rbwjrg43k...bp&s=fc138683884f9443e6d88fbb059eff2f575021ac

changing size of title bars, menues, etc, in windows 10

Thank you for using Windows 10.

With the information that you've provided, I understand that you wish to change the title bar, menus of File Explorer to bold, correct me if I'm wrong. I suggest you to follow the steps:

• Press Windows+X key and select Control Panel.
• Select Display.
• Select the item that you wish to make bold from the drop down menu.
• Check the box next to Bold and click on Apply.

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.

To display the menus temporarily

• In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click
  Internet Explorer.
• Press Alt.

To display the menus permanently

• In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click
  Internet Explorer.
• Click the View button, point to Toolbars, and then click
  Menu Bar.
