  1. Interesting way to scroll using mouse

So I have a very standard logitec mouse with two buttons and scroll wheel. I can press the scroll wheel and of course scroll it forward or backwards. What is interesting is that if I don't push it or scroll it but move it left or right, windows 10 scrolls continuously as long as it is pressed or page ends.

By moving left or right, I mean tilt the scroll wheel left or right and you will hear a click. Apparently this feature only works on Windows apps. For example if you open settings and go to the list of add or remove programs.

It also works with VLC player volume. I wonder why Browsers don't use this movement of mouse. It would be very helpful.

  2. How do I change scroll direction of a mouse NOT listed under Mice?

Thanks; yes, those are great directions and did work to change the direction of the wired mouse that came with the computer. But the mouse I'm using doesn't show up as a mouse in the hardware list, so I can't follow the rest of those steps. I need the mouse to appear on the list of mice in order to complete this sequence.

    Logitech G603 Mouse Scrolling Issues

    Hi all,
For some time now I have been having really frustrating scrolling problems - not just with this mouse, but I have tried 2 others with the same results. When scrolling with the wheel, the screen will scroll a short way ( up or down) and then scroll the other way - like a 3 steps forward, 2 steps back! The number of lines scrolling is also random at times, but NEVER smooth. So annoying. I have tried all the mouse wheel stuff in control panel. Having to use the scroll bars is annoying
    Any help appreciated
    Regards

  4. Interesting way to scroll using mouse

Mouse scroll going the opposite way

    Hello,

I have been having problems with my (Altos) mouse scrolling. Every time I try scrolling down or up on a window (E.g. Searching something on google, and scrolling for results), it'd either go the opposite way, or just not scroll at all. I tried
taking off the mouse scroll piece and put it back on, but nothing worked. I'm having this problem for a month now.

    Any suggestions?
