Windows 10: Hi my msi laptop is stuck in automatic repair

So heres what ive tried so far,ive done a chkdsk in cmd and that hasnt worked,ive tried restoring to factory settings that also hasnt worked,ive tried burning a new copy of win 10 onto a usb drive a when i boot from usb it says no image found,i also have no restore points

I need a step by step guide to create a bootable usb for windows 10 to install on my laptop that is stuck at automatic repair

 

My HP laptop is stuck on Preparing Automatic Repair has been for many hours

I'd like to verify if you're computer is still stuck on Preparing Automatic Repair state. If not, I'd suggest to perform the steps below:

1. Force shutdown your laptop, check first if your computer will boot normally. If not, after your computer restarts several times. you'll see the Windows 10 Boot Options menu.

2. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options.

3. Choose Command Prompt, copy and paste the commands below and press Enter the after each line:

• bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd
• bootrec.exe /fixmbr
• bootrec.exe /fixboot

windows 10 pro stuck in automatic repair and it is unable to diagnosis or repair

Have MSI VR laptop, son turned off with power button and now it is stuck at automatic repair. Have tried every option, it can not repair. Under command prompt shows windows under drive x. Not sure how to fix. Please advise.
