Windows 10: Task bar shows multiple windows of one app running

Hello

Today I noticed that taskbar shows this grey line left side of screenshot. It happens on every open app. I only have one Task Manager open. Do anyone know how to get rid of it?

Throttlestop obsidian not showing readouts in task bar

Hello

I had the previous version of throttlestop installed on a surface pro running windows 10 and it was working beautifully but now I am having trouble getting throttlestop to show temp/cpu reporting in the windows task bar. I have 'Task Bar' checked in the main window but still nothing appears. The check boxes within Options for Notification Area such as CPU Temp and CPU Mhz do not respond when clicked. Am i missing something/is there something else I need to do in order to get throttlestop obsidian to report to the task bar?

  What exact error message are you get when you try to open multiple apps?

  Are you referring to Windows app or Desktop app?
  
  
  

I would suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps:

• 
  Open multiple apps that you want.
  
• 
  Right click on the task bar.
  
• 
  From the jump menu select Show all windows side by side.
  

I also suggest you to run app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Task Bar APPS

My computer is slow at start up. When I open task manage it shows multiple apps running. Many of the apps have my name next to them and shows they are running. Example, the task bar shows 6 Chrome apps running. Can I delete these or close them?
