Windows 10: Drop down window for log-in credentials does not occur at desired web-site

Since problem common to three browsers FireFox, Edge, Chrome, believe a WIN 10 Pro 64 bit problem -

when attempting to log on to MyChart CatholicHealth.net, drop down window that permits entry of log-on credentials does

not show. Un-installed FireFox, re-installed - No Change. Started FireFox in Safe Mode - no change.

Suggestions appreciated.

Web Credentials cannot be accessed

1) When do you get this error? While accessing any file or while using Internet?

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

1) Press Windows key + r and type services.msc.

2) Right click Credential manager and Go to Properties.

3) Select Manual from the Startup type drop down menu.

4) Click Apply and OK.

5) Restart your computer and check the issue.

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to delete the web credentials and then try to add it again and check.

In the Credential Manager, under Web Credentials remove the web credentials and check.

Backup Web Credentials or add new Web Credential manually

Since you are using Web Credentials to log in on your game. You need to log in using the same credentials using Internet Explorer or other browser on your new device in the Asphalt website or whatever website is listed on the screenshot that you provided
so that the Web Credentials can incorporate them.

• Which browser are you using on the computer?
• Are you using Internet Explorer on the computer?
• Have you created any system restore points on the computer prior to the issue?

I suggest you to follow the steps below to check if web credentials is store in the Web credential window.

1. Click on Search bar.

2. Type "Manager Web Credentials." without the quotes in the search bar and click on it.

3. Then check if you fin the web credentials are present in it or not.
