Windows 10: Windows update patch KB4592449 is error 0x8024200d

In my corporation needs an update patch windows 10 version 1903.
But, I'm found some device has the error code 0x8024200d after install.

I'm trying to find the solution to fix it. Do you have the solution?

The installer requires more data to be downloaded.

I would suggest downloading the MSU and do an offline install:

And according this tutorial when check for new update after restart my windows

An new update received with this information :

And again, the same things happened again, like

''And when want to install it got to 25% and quickly got to 100% and again show
Awaiting install and Initializing and again show download

And this is constantly repeated ''

And have this error : Last failed install attempt on ‎12/9/‎2017 - 0x8024200d

Is there any other suggestion?
