    Feature update question

    Hell,

1 year ago I installed Windows 10 Pro 1809 version. Right now I'm still receiving updates for it, like cumulative updates, updates for definitions of Windows Defender etc. I saw that there a newer releases, like 20h2. I know that when a newer release is out I should be notified about "feature update" but I don't receive it.

Should I manually download it from Microsoft website or I will receive newer releases after Microsoft discontinue 1809 version?

  3. Windows Feature Update 1903

    Hi Sara209

Greetings! I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. The steps which you have undertaken to block updates won't work for any feature update. Feature updates need to be blocked temporarily by using different steps.

But, I will suggest that you should not try to stop 1903 feature update. Let it happen.

Do let me know if you have any more question or require further help.
