    Fresh Paint Previews Unavailable


    When I open up Fresh Paint, I do not see any previews of my paintings except for the first 2 under Recents. Instead, it only shows a white screen with the OneDrive symbol in the center. How do I fix this so I can see previews of my paintings so I know which painting is which? I have a picture of my Fresh Paint app below.     Rotate a photo in Fresh Paint

    Hi,

    Rotating a photo within Fresh paint is currently unavailable. However, you may try these steps:

    • Save the paint file.
    • Open File Explorer.
    • Open the location on where you saved the file.
    • Right click on the paint file. Click on Rotate right or
      rotate left.

    Try the following methods and check if it helps:

    Method 1:

    I suggest you to run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.

    Follow the below steps:

    1. Type troubleshooting in the search bar.

    2. Select Troubleshooting.

    3. Select View all on the top left corner.

    4. Click on Windows Store Apps.

    5. Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

    If the issue persists then follow the below method.

    Method 2:

    I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Fresh Paint and check if it works.

    Mouse Pointer in Fresh Paint

    As of now, there is no option to disappear mouse pointer and turn into a dot or circle.I suggest you to use feedback inside the fresh paint app and give feedback regarding this.

    Please follow the steps below:

    • Open fresh paint.
    • Click on hub(the three lines, in top left corner).
    • Click on settings.
    • Click on send feedback.
