Windows 10: Copying files to Android Tablet (or phone)

Discus and support Copying files to Android Tablet (or phone) in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; I am trying to copy a folder with several files inside DCIM folder of Android destination device.     Copying files to Android Tablet (or phone)


    I am trying to copy a folder with several files inside DCIM folder of Android destination device.

    If I interrupt copy and resume afterwards Windows 10 tells me some files already exist with same name. If I choose not to copy and put a checkmark on "do the same for all instances" copying process ends without copying NOTHING. So destination folder is missing some files (3,7GB out of 4,5GB).

    How can I accomplish this task? I have tried Total Commander too but it uses crapola Windows File Explorer so the outcome is the same.

    I wonder how many are aware of Teamviewer Quick Support that allows certain supported models of android/mobile phone to be FULLY remote controlled from a PC or even another phone/tablet.

    Java.nio.file - Copying files

    You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
    You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one
