  3. Shedding some Light on BIOS Terminology

Hi, in the last 6 years, I've learned a lot about computers and today I still feel like there's always a "world of things to learn"... one of the mysteries of computers is BIOS terminology.

I'd like you guys to help me shed some light on the following "settings" (terms) I find in the bios.

    What is the difference between:

    - Intel Turbo technology
    - Speed Step
    - C1E
    - C-States
    - LLC
    - EIST

    ??

What is the "UN-Core" ? (What do these mean)

    - Uncore Voltage (I understand Core Voltage, I don't understand "UN-Core" voltage
Is this the same as RING ratio? or RING voltage?
    - What'S the VCCIN voltage? (what's the VCCIN?)
    - Why are there also voltage settings for these: (IO voltage, SA voltage, Analog voltage, digital voltage...)

And my last question (has to do more with Overclocking):
What kills a CPU? Too much heat? (obviously heat is bad)...
what about voltage? Can a CPU be damaged by a high voltage even if the temperatures are perfectly safe? (say maximum 70 degrees under load)
