Windows 10: Class not registered/Start not working/Windows settings and buttons not working

Hello, I kinda have a very difficult problem and kinda hard to explain. So recently my pc started giving me a problem, started by saying class not registered when I tried opening pictures, then it went to my installed apps and then to all windows default apps. When I hover over the tast Manu and click on time, battery, volume, menu bar, Cortona nothing happens I have to access. Other apps like store and mail are invisible but the space where they were is still there as if they still existed.


I tried many ways to fix it like giving my user access to class registry and so on but still amounted to nothing. I then created a new user it got fixed but the old user still facing same problem. Then now as time went the problem began and when I create new user it's exactly the same as the old one.


Mind you I can't access settings and everything that's windows based. I can only access folders and some installed apps. No wifi access because the wifi button only hovers but when I click it nothing happens just like calendar, start, store, mail, battery, volume and search. Lots of apps won't open saying class not registered.

After an update the windows start menu is not working (not opening at all) and I am getting an error that is class not registered. The settings are not opening same as the windows start menu.

Start Button displaying but not working


The start button was working until there was a forced reboot (power failure). Then left click (normal click) over the start button does absolutely nothing. Right click brings up a menu but "programs" and also "settings" are missing and not included on this list. Search or Task View buttons do not work either with "normal" click. Does anyone have any suggestion or fixes?
