Windows 10: Mobile hotspot not giving internet access to other devices?

Hey all; this is a problem I just recently had today, that being whenever I use the mobile hotspot feature on my Windows 10 desktop, the devices that are connected to said hotspot don't actually receive any internet connection whatsoever. My laptop says "No internet, secured", and I've also got two mobile devices that say that internet may not be available.


I don't understand what's going on since it was working just fine this morning, and I also tried to reset the TCP/IP but I don't think that worked either. Could anybody please help me with fixing this issue? It's pretty obnoxious since my desktop has an ethernet connection that I would like to utilize as a hotspot, but can't.

can't access internet through mobile hotspot.

i recently activated Mobile hotspot option in my windows 10 pro in my laptop.

but when i try to access the wifi from my mobile device ,it gives the message as "obtaining IP address" but it never connects.

i even tried with through other devices but the same problem occurs.

how can i connect to the mobile hotspot's internet access from my mobile phone?

 

Mobile hotspot is not sending internet access

Still without connection. What's interesting, is that now I don't even see my phone connected in the Mobile hotspot settings in Windows.

I mean:

• Phone shows it's connected
• Windows don't show any device connected
• Internet on the phone is not working.

 

Wi-fi hotspot gives no internet connection to connected devices

Setting up a hotspot on my asus laptop running windows 10 ,doesn't give the connected devices internet connection.I've tried netsh int ip reset,but with no results.All the drivers are updated.The windows mobile hotspot function says "We can't set up a hotspot because your PC doesn't have an Ethernet,wifi or cellular data connection."
