Windows 10: Previously purchased app not showing up on Microsoft Store on new lap top

Hi! On my old laptop I have a great app called Recipe Keeper. I paid for this via Microsoft Store. On my new laptop, when I log into Microsoft Store in order to reactivate this app, its purchase details aren't there. I can download it again if I like and it invites me to pay for it - but I've already paid for it. There are no device quantity restrictions. Any ideas? Thanks.

Unable to purchase apps from Windows 10 Store

I installed Windows 10 on another lap-top I have and I have no problems purchasing apps using my Microsoft account. I use the same Microsoft account on both lap-top's. With one lap-top I can purchase apps and with the other lap-top I cannot. Both have
Windows 10 installed. The only thing I have noticed is that the apps on one lap-top are priced in US $ and the other laptop shows the apps price in UK pounds.

We understand that Candy Crush Saga shows as Purchased minutes ago in Store Library. We would like to inform that Microsoft Store adds all the installed apps to the Owned list that is the reason you might be seeing Purchased minutes ago for Candy Crush
saga. The Owned list helps in finding the previously installed apps, and in case you wish to install any previously installed app, you can do that through Owned list.



However, you can hide the app from the Store library. Follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Open Microsoft Store, click on the
   Ellipsis (…).
   
2. Select My Library.
   
3. Under My Library, click on the
   Ellipsis (…) for Candy Crush Saga and select Hide.

Can not install a game I've previously purchased

Hello Daniel,

Games that you bought from the Microsoft store can be downloaded and reinstalled. You can check your purchases in your order history. Please refer to this
link. Make sure you're signed in using the same Microsoft account used to purchase the app in the Store.

First, try to sign out from the Microsoft Store app, then sign back in. Please follow the steps below:

1. Open the Store app.
2. Click the user icon next to the search box in the top-right.
3. Click the user account currently signed in.
   
4. Select the account and click Sign out.
   
5. Click the user icon next to the search box in the top-right.
   
6. Click on Sign in.
   
7. Enter your Microsoft account used to purchase Age of Empires: Definitive Edition, then click
   Sign in.
   

Once your signed in using the right Microsoft account, reinstall a purchased game using the Store app by following the steps below:

1. Open Store icon. Click the (three dots), up by your account picture.
2. Select My Library. you can view recently purchased as well as installed apps and games from the Store. To view all apps and games, click

3. To install a previously purchased app, click the download icon next to the app name (this will open the app page) that you want to install/reinstall and then click
   Install button to download and install the app.
