Windows 10: Linx 10v32 Tablet Audio Problem

Discus and support Linx 10v32 Tablet Audio Problem in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; So this is a bit of a strange one. I've looked online for an answer to no avail.     Linx 10v32 Tablet Audio Problem


    So this is a bit of a strange one. I've looked online for an answer to no avail.


    I've got 3 Linx 10v32 tablets that I've reinstalled Windows 10 onto. Finally got all the drivers for everything installed, however audio will only come from the tablets speakers when the headphone jack has headphones plugged in and in turn the audio will then not come out of the headphones.


    At first I thought it was the tablet but then realised it does it with all of them, which makes me a bit more hopeful that there is a fix to this.

    • Is the linx tablet under Warranty period?


    I suggest you to try to switch on tablet while it is getting charged and check if the issue is related to power problems.

    I understand that you are facing issues with Windows 10. I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

    To assist you better, please provide us the below information:

    • When you say that "Recently, it updated (still windows 10)", was the Windows 10 preinstalled or it has been upgraded from previous version of Windows?
    • When you say that " it updated (yesterday) it didn't switch on so I decided to charge", are you able to see the light indicating the tablet is getting charged or not?

    I suggest you to refer to the user manual provided by Linx tablet manufacture for resetting the tablet.
