Windows 10: Microsoft power supply box disabled

Hello I'm Rob and I have made a serious issue I think. My laptop charging capabilities kept going between charging and then not charging even though it was still plugged in . But i did some reading of articles with same issue...1 person said they turned off their power driver in device manager. Well I didnt see power driver in the manager..but I did find

Battery ..and 2 things in that folder..1 was the microsoft power supply box ...I clicked disabled thinking ok I'm following directions. Long story short...pc died while trying to find a way to get that enabled cuz It wouldnt let me even see where it was disabled to. I'm wondering how I would be able to power up my laptop now at all to even get back into the system to fix that to now? Plz help if anyone can.

I am wondering what is the best power supply to purchase for Microsoft Surface Pro 4 to carry around in case I need to recharge it.

The power supply that came with Microsoft Surface Pro 4 will be staying at home.

Since this issue occurs every time you connect or disconnect the computer to the power supply, we suggest you run the Power troubleshooter. To do this, follow the steps below:

• On the Start menu, type Troubleshooting.
  
• On the left-side, click View all.
  
• Select Power and run the troubleshooter.

If the issue persists, then probably the issue is with a faulty driver. Kindly installed the latest chipset driver for your computer. For better assistance on installing the right driver, we suggest you to contact your PC manufacturer.
