Windows 10: ntoskrnl.exe BSODs

I have been having periodic crashes that all have the ntoskrnl.exe process in common on my PC running 64-bit Windows 10, though the actual errors change every time. Crashes can come as close as 24 hours and as far as 8 days apart. Crashes sometimes happen when I am not using the computer, but more often when I am. The following steps have already been taken and have failed to resolve the problem:


Updating bios and audio, video, WiFi and LAN drivers

Updating Windows itself

Updating Windows apps

Running memtest no issues found

Running Driver Verifier it found something that I uninstalled right away, but the problem came back after a week

Running SFC issues supposedly found and corrected, but the problem remains

Ensuring from the BIOS that the system was not overclocked, though XMP needs to be active


I have also reviewed installed drivers using the NirSoft program InstalledDriversList. There are red lamps next to the drivers hwpolicy and MbamElam Malwarebytes ELAM driver, but I have no idea if either of these caused the problem or how to fix them, if they need to be fixed.


I have included in the following folder my last 3 .dmp outputs, the .nfo output from MSinfo32, and a .txt report from CPU-Z to provide further details.

• Update your Realtek audio driver.
• Update your computer.
• Disable overclocking settings.
• Turn off BlueStacks/ another Android emulator.
• Clean your registry.
• Check your disk for errors.
• Fix bad memory issues.
• Remove faulty sticks of RAM.

It sounds to me that there may most likely be an issue with one of your memory sticks. I would suggest attempting to first run a memory diagnostic test.

When you say you purchased memory sticks, did you replace all the ram in your system or just some?

Also, if you had just recently purchase memory sticks. We know one thing for certain: that the memory sticks you just purchased are working optimally.

Therefore, I would suggest removing your old memory sticks if the above test doesn't come back with any errors. If your games work without any crashing,

My hunch is that this is a ram issue. Have you also attempted to re-install all your drivers for Nvidia?
