Windows 10: Process "System" uses disk while gaming / Games performance problems

1. Hello : Can't play games comfortably as this process runs in the background and loads my disk when I play the game. I've already tried dism / online / cleanup-image / restorehealth and scannow / sfc but problem still didn't solved.

My system isnalled on HDD :

2. I have long noticed that during the game my framerate is very twitchy and not smooth, and my mouse in the game seems to float and is very unresponsive. Vertical synchronization is disabled, of course. But sometimes I play and the game goes very smoothly and the mouse is very responsive on the same configuration, what does it depend on?

The issue might cause if the game is compatible with Windows 10. So I suggest you to install the game in compatibility mode by following the steps provided below:

• Download the setup files for the game from the manufacturer website and save it on your local disk.
• Right click on the setup file of the game and select
  “Properties”.
• Select “Compatibility” Tab.
• Place a check mark next to“Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.
• Let the game install and then check thefunctionality.
