    Help with Virtual Memory

A while back I watched a video on how to speed up boot times for my PC and one of the things the guy said to do was to change your virtual memory. Ever since I did that my PC has had constent WiFi jittering and just feels overall slow. I tried to reset it by re checking "automatically manage paging file size" but that still seems to have not worked. It says my Minimum allowed: 16 MB. Recommended: 2935, and Currently allocated: 6656. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it. thank you I have 16 gigs of RAM if that means anything
