Why is my D drive almost full and constantly giving me alerts that it is close to full?

After I updated for the spring update my D drive has been full. It looks like it created a complete copy of the recovery partition on my hard drive and moved it over into this partition. Is there a reason for this or can this be fixed? It also won't let
me turn off notifications about the full space so I get an alert every 20 minutes or so. I can't delete the entire D drive so is there a way to just roll back from this update to remove what was installed then redo everything?

It has been happening with new update that new drive is getting uncovered. You can do following to hide it and there will no harm anywhere.

Type diskpart in Windows Start Search box (Cortana) > Right click on Diskpart and run as Administrator

Give following command and Enter:

select volume d

Give following command and Enter:

remove letter=d
